Texas A&M Advances to the Elite Eight


For the second time in program history the Texas A&M men's tennis team advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals as they defeated No. 11 Ohio State 4-3 at the Ann and Brad Brookshire Family Pavilion in Dallas Thursday night. Freshman Arthur Rinderknech clinched the win in the last match standing over the Buckeyes (27-9) for the second time this season. The Aggies (24-4) will face No. 3 Virginia (26-3) in the Elite 8 Saturday at 4 p.m. for a place in the national semifinals.
